SRFC's Joint Powers Board created OutcomeTeams whose focus is on key areas of concern for children, youth and families in Suburban Ramsey County. In addition, a community-driven initiative is underway to engage caring adults in supporting children, youth and families in Suburban Ramsey County.
These teams and initiatives are charged with developing a comprehensive continuum of care that focuses on prevention / early intervention efforts that provide children, youth and their families the resources, support, skills and knowledge they need in the areas of health, learning, and safety and security.

Ramsey County Suicide Prevention Coalition
Suburban Ramsey Homeless Action Team
