In addition, a community-driven initiative is underway to engage caring adults in supporting children, youth and families in Suburban Ramsey County.

These teams and initiatives are charged with developing a comprehensive continuum of care that focuses on prevention / early intervention efforts that provide children, youth and their families the resources, support, skills and knowledge they need in the areas of health, learning, and safety and security.
Current Teams include:
School-Linked Intensive Mental Health Outcome Team
School/Community-Linked Community Social Worker (CSW) Team
Language and Cultural Resource Leadership Outcome Team
CD Use-Abuse Team/Investing in Youth Outcome Team
Parent Connection Outcome Team
Community-led Initiative
Kids Matter is SRFC's effort to engage community members beyond parents and school staff in actively supporting children and young people Suburban Ramsey County-wide. Our strategy is to build community capacity through engaging adults, supporting parents, and mobilizing communities. Raising children and youth is a group effort and everyone (parents, family members, teachers, neighbors, elected officials, communities) has a stake in the health and success of our kids.
