SRFC has worked with several prominent experts in child and adolescent development to create a theoretical framework bringing together best practice and current scientific evidence to promote the healthy development of children and youth. Through this research we developed a dual-approach to prevention including both increasing protective factors and decreasing risk factors affecting children, youth and families in at risk circumstances in Suburban Ramsey County.
