This forum is for faith community leaders and lay leaders who are interested in exploring the issue of homelessness and housing instability in the suburbs and their faith community’s role in helping respond to this growing local need.
A planning team, made up of local faith community members, and county and collaborative partners, has been meeting to plan this forum as a way to address the growing issue of homelessness and housing instability in Roseville Area School District communities. There has been a tremendous increase in the number of families and individuals experiencing housing instability and homelessness. These efforts have started to bring different sectors together at the local community level to help respond to emerging needs and help provide better coordination of prevention services before people fall into homelessness.
